Our Smoked products are where premium beef meets the art of slow smoking. We've developed a process to create the most flavorful and satisfying smoked products available. We craft our smoked items using a blend of Wagyu trim and Angus trim to balance flavor. The Wagyu provides that signature, fat content, which melts during the smoking process to create an exceptionally rich flavor. This is balanced by the classic beef flavor and enhanced by the slow-smoking process.
