The Tenderloin Fillet, also known as Filet Mignon, comes from the tenderloin primal, a long, lean muscle that performs very little work. With our F1 American Wagyu, its natural tenderness is subtly enhanced by fine intramuscular fat, which contributes a delicate richness and an even more succulent texture. It features a fine grain and a delicate flavor, making it versatile for pan-searing, grilling, or roasting, and is best served with minimal accompaniment to let its natural quality shine.
