The Chuck Roast comes from the shoulder area of the steer, a hardworking muscle that traditionally offers deep beef flavor. With 100% Full-Blood Wagyu, this cut benefits from an abundance of intramuscular fat, which melts during slow cooking to create an incredibly succulent and juicy roast.
