The Top Round Roast comes from the inner muscle of the steer's hind leg, offering a lean yet tender and large cut. With 100% Full-Blood Wagyu, its deep beefy flavor is complemented by a delicate, subtle marbling that melts into the meat during cooking, preventing it from drying out.
