The Tri-Tip is a triangular-shaped cut from the bottom sirloin primal. It's known for being a lean yet well-marbled cut, which contributes to its robust flavor and impressive tenderness when cooked properly. With our F1 American Wagyu, its tenderness is amplified and its flavor gains a richer, more luxurious quality. Best prepared with high-heat searing followed by indirect cooking, or by roasting, the Tri-Tip should always be sliced against the grain for the most tender experience.
