The Denver steak comes from the chuck primal, specifically from the serratus ventralis muscle. What makes it special, especially with our F1 American Wagyu, is its remarkable tenderness for a chuck cut, thanks to its superior marbling. This intramuscular fat renders beautifully during cooking, creating a juicy steak with intense beef flavor. It's best cooked quickly over high heat to medium-rare or medium and sliced against the grain to maximize its tender texture and rich taste.
